Scale 2 Grade 3 to 4 – £22,219.84 to £22,555.19 (actual salary depending on experience).

Permanent contract – (subject to probationary period)

We are looking for a caring, motivated and responsible Teaching Assistant to join our experienced Nursery School team.
You will be working with 2, 3 and 4 year olds who have access to play in 4 different class rooms (Shelters) and a large garden. Therefore, this is an energetic and active role.
The job involves supporting children in their play, working within a nursery class including supporting children with additional needs. The role also includes supervision of children at lunchtimes.
The nursery has a strong ethos of inclusion and a tradition of valuing all children and their individual interests.
The successful candidate will have:
- A high expectation of children’s learning and development and a strong commitment to teamwork.
- Experience of working with children under 5 years old.
- A professional and warm approach in their interactions with children, families and staff.
- A positive and enquiring attitude to their own professional development.
Salary & Hours
Scale 2 Grade 3 to 4 – £22,219.84 to £22,555.19 (actual salary depending on experience).
Working Hours:
Monday: 8.30am-3.45pm
Tuesday: 8.30am-3.45pm
Wednesday and Thursday: 8.30am - 4.30pm
Friday: 8.30am-3.45pm
